Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Conor McGregor's recent training session included three generations of his family: himself, his father and his 1-year-old son, Conor Jr.

"The Notorious" posted a video of the session Thursday on his Instagram account, using the caption, "We are never too young to start and never too old to learn."

McGregor's post had 4 million likes within two hours. It began showing the UFC star throwing some punches, before showing Conor Jr. dancing and throwing punches on a smaller bag. The camera then panned over to show McGregor's father, 58-year-old Tony McGregor, getting in some jabs.

While Conor's next fight is still to be determined, Tony has a charity boxing match planned for Dec. 15 against Eoin Sheehan.
