Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson wants to be just the third player in NFL history to gain 1,000 yards rushing and receiving in the same season.

Johnson had that goal last year as well but dislocated a wrist during the first game of 2017 and was placed on season-ending injured-reserve.

Johnson had 1,239 rushing yards and 879 receiving yards in 2016.

"First of all, my thing is just to play every game," Johnson told NFL Network. "And then after that my goal is still 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 receiving."

Roger Craig (1985, San Francisco 49ers) and Marshall Faulk (1999, St. Louis Rams) are the only players in league history to accomplish that feat.
