With Kareem Hunt, Marshawn Lynch, Jay Ajayi and Alex Collins serving Week 10 byes, your matchup is more than likely affected. If you need a bye week fill-in and don't have one on your bench, hopefully it's not too late to find a good option on your waiver wire. You should also check out who is available in order to keep your opponent from gaining an advantage. You could also use some depth for later in this season, regardless of which players you have on your roster.
Take a look at some of my top options for each position in free agency by visiting my Week 10 add/drop article.
Here are my Top 30 options at the position this week.
TOP 30 WEEK 10 RANKINGS BELOW
Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell leads my rankings for several reasons. He is receiving a ton of work and the Steelers are facing the Indianapolis Colts this weekend. The Colts are tied for allowing the most rushing touchdowns and have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. Bell should never be removed from your lineup, but this week he could be the primary reason you win or lose.
Jacksonville Jaguars rookie Leonard Fournette hasn't played since Week 6, but he is my No. 2 option for Week 10. Fournette has three consecutive starts with at least 100 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown. He has also scored a touchdown in every game this season. Look for that streak to continue Sunday against a Los Angeles Chargers defense allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. The Jaguars should be able to control the tempo of this home game by giving Fournette a ton of work.
Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller is an RB1 for me in Week 10 with a matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. Miller has four touchdowns this season and has only received more than 20 carries once this year, but I expect to see that workload increase. The Rams have allowed the second-most fantasy points per game and the second-most touchdowns to opposing running backs. Miller is my No. 12 option at running back.
New York Jets veteran Matt Forte went off for 76 yars and two scores on 14 carries in Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills. This week he faces the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a defense tied for allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game and second-most rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs. Forte is my No. 19 option for Week 10, making him a stream-worthy RB2.
Chris Thompson has cooled off a bit since his hot start to the season, but he is still a great PPR option and has streaming value this week, regardless of league format. The Washington Redskins running back has five scores in nine games this season. He also has 35 catches for 453 yards. I have Thompson ranked as my No. 22 option for Week 10 against the Minnesota Vikings. Although the Vikings are allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, I see that being an advantage for Thompson. When the Vikings stuff Rob Kelley, expect Thompson to open up the Redskins' offense through the passing game. Thompson is a low-end RB2.
Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson is my No. 23 option for Week 10. Anderson would probably not be starter-level in fantasy football if not for the running backs serving byes, but I can see him finding success against a New England Patriots defense tied for allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. Anderson deserves RB2 consideration in deeper leagues.
