Cincinnati Bengals trade for Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end

April 11 (UPI) -- The Cincinnati Bengals made an addition to its defensive line Tuesday after a trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Defensive end Chris Smith is headed to Cincinnati in exchange for a conditional 2018 draft choice, according to Bengals.com.

Smith, 25, had one sack and four tackles in six games last season. The former fifth-round draft choice played in 19 games during his three-year tenure with the Jaguars. Smith compiled 21.5 sacks in four years at Arkansas before being drafted in 2014.

The Bengals currently have Carlos Dunlap and Michael Johnson atop its depth chart at defensive end.
