Jackson, 30, will make more than $10 million annually, per the report. He had been connected to several teams before the signing, including: the New England Patriots, Dallas Cowboys, and Philadelphia Eagles.

With Vincent Jackson likely headed out of town, the free agent should provide a fantastic complement to Mike Evans in the Buccaneers' offense.

Jackson was widely considered one of the top free agent wide receivers. He immediately stretches the field for the Buccaneers. The three-time Pro Bowl selection has led the NFL in yards per catch in two of the last three seasons.

ESPN's Adam Schefter and several other sources have confirmed the deal, which can't become official until after 4 p.m., the start of the NFL's new league year.
