Yeldon, 23, rushed for 465 yards and a touchdown on 130 carries for the disappointing Jaguars. He has been battling an ankle injury for weeks, but aggravated the injury last week against the Tennessee Titans.
Chris Ivory will resume the Jaguars' lead-back role this week. The Jaguars kickoff against the Indianapolis Colts at 1 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.
