JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Jacksonville Jaguars running back T.J. Yeldon should be a good start at RB2 this weekend against the San Diego Chargers.

On Friday, the Jaguars made it official that Chris Ivory will not play in the Week 2 road contest. The Chargers allowed more than 200 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown to Kansas City Chiefs running back Spencer Ware last week.

Yeldon had 21 carries for 39 yards and a touchdown in Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers. Ivory, 28, spent more than two days in the hospital this week while dealing with an illness, but has said there are "no more issues."

"There's no more issues," Ivory told ESPN's Mike DiRocco Thursday. "I'm ready to go. Did a little cardio today and now it's just day-by-day."

Ivory did not practice at all this week. Denard Robinson is slated to be Yeldon's back up this week, but should not be considered a viable option, even in PPR formats.
