LEXINGTON, Ky., May 4 (UPI) -- Born Willie Durmond Cauley Jr., Willie Cauley-Stein became a household name during the Kentucky Wildcats magical run at perfection. But Cauley-Stein wanted to add another name to the hyphenated list when he made the name change official, Trill.

"I want to include my mother's last name," Cauley-Stein told the Lexington Herald-Leader.

Cauley-Stein, 21, filed for the name-change Friday with the Probate Division of the Fayette District Court. His official name will be Willie Trill Cauley-Stein.

Cauley-Stein's mother is Marlene Stein, who said that 'Trill,' is the "nickname his 'boys' call him," according to the Herald-Leader.

Draft Express ranks Cauley-Stein the No. 6 prospect of its top 100 prospects.

Cauley-Stein averaged 8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 0.9 assists, and 2.2 blocks in 105 games for the Wildcats. He was also a consensus 1st team All-American.
