ATLANTA, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- It looks like 43-year-old Bartolo Colon will take the mound again in 2017.

Colon signed with the Atlanta Braves Friday, pending a physical, according to MLB.com's Mark Bowman. FanRag Sports' Jon Heyman was the first to report that Colon had signed "with a team other than the Mets."

In 19 seasons, Colon has a 233-162 record with a 3.93 ERA and 2,365 strikeouts. Colon made $7.25 million last season when he went 15-8 with a 3.43 ERA for the New York Mets.

The Braves also signed starter and former Cy Young award winner R.A. Dickey Thursday.
