July 14 (UPI) -- If you're hoping to see some UFC moves from Conor McGregor in his boxing bout against Floyd Mayweather, Dana White says you should think again.

The UFC president cautioned his prizefighter against resorting to anything other than punches in his Aug. 26 bout at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

White said Thursday at the fighters' world tour of news conferences that Mayweather would "destroy Conor's life" with a lawsuit that the boxer would win against the UFC star, if he decided to do anything other than box.

"He would get sued beyond belief if he does anything but hit Floyd Mayweather with his hands to the head and body," White said at his Thursday news conference, according to USA Today. "It would be very bad. That can't happen. That can't happen. There's actually language in the contract that that can't happen."

Showtime Sports executive vice president Stephen Espinoza said that there is a "significant penalty" if McGregor doesn't use such discretion.

Neither executive would describe exactly what the language in the contract said regarding such violation, but it could be tied to the purse money or a portion of the pay-per-view buys.

The fight is priced at about $100 for high-definition and $90 for standard definition on Showtime.

If Mayweather gets a payday similar to his 2015 bout with Manny Pacquiao, his career earnings would eclipse $1 billion, according to Forbes.

Boxing Kingdom estimates that Mayweather stands to make as much as $400 million and McGregor $127 million from the bout.

The duo wraps up its world tour of news conferences Friday in London.
