J.R. Smith scored 21 points and Carmelo Anthony added 19 as the New York Knicks took an 89-84 win over the Golden State Warriors.

J.R. Smith scored 21 points and Carmelo Anthony added 19 as the New York Knicks took an 89-84 win over the Golden State Warriors.

Amare Stoudemire and Tim Hardaway Jr. both scored 15 points, with Stoudemire also grabbing 13 rebounds for the Knicks, who sit just one game behind the Atlanta Hawks for the final spot in the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Stephen Curry scored a game-high 32 points, Klay Thompson added 15 and Andre Iguodala finished with 12 points, six assists and five rebounds for the Warriors, who have dropped two of their last three.
