NBA: Golden State 125, Portland 98

OAKLAND, Calif., March 31 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry fired in 39 points Saturday, connecting on seven 3-pointers for Golden State in the Warriors' 125-98 rout of Portland.

Curry finished 14-of-22 from the field overall and distributed six assists as the Warriors maintained a one-game lead over Houston for the sixth post-season seed in the Western Conference.

Carl Landry helped out with 25 points and 10 rebounds and David Lee contributed 13 points with eight boards for Golden State.

The Trail Blazers were led by rookie Meyers Leonard, who put in a career-high 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

Wesley Matthews (18 points) and J.J. Hickson (15, 10 boards) also reached double figures for Portland.
