VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 22 (UPI) -- Camilo Sanvezzo netted the game's only goal in the 11th minute Saturday and the Vancouver Whitecaps rode it to a 1-0 victory over FC Dallas.
The Brazilian, who made his first appearance of the year following a quadriceps injury, blasted a left-footed shot into the bottom left corner of the net for Vancouver (3-2-2).

The victory was the first in six games for the Whitecaps.
Goaltender Joe Cannon finished with five saves in Vancouver's triumph.
Chris Seitz took over in net for Dallas after Kevin Hartman had to be withdrawn due to back spasms.
He finished with one save for FCD (3-3-1).
