PHOENIX, March 13 (UPI) -- Kevin Love pumped in 30 points and Nikola Pekovic added 24 to go with eight rebounds for Minnesota Monday in the Timberwolves' 127-124 win over Phoenix.
Love scored 23 in the second half. Derrick Williams scored 19 off the bench for the Timberwolves, who won in their first game after rookie star Ricky Rubio was lost for the season to a knee injury Friday against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Wayne Ellington and Michael Beasley supplied 15 points each as Minnesota began a seven-game road trip by ending a nine-game losing streak to Phoenix.
Jared Dudley scored 28 points while Steve Nash added 25 points and 10 assists for the Suns.
