NBA: Philadelphia 106, New York 94

NEW YORK, March 11 (UPI) -- Lou Williams scored 28 points and the Philadelphia 76ers rolled over the New York Knicks 106-94 in a Sunday matinee at Madison Square Garden.

The Sixers scored 38 points in the third quarter to blow the game open after leading at halftime 51-49.

Williams' output was the highest point total for a Sixers player this season and extended Philadelphia's winning streak to three. He was 10-of-19 shooting, including a trio of 3-pointers.

Evan Turner added 24 points for Philadelphia and also grabbed 15 rebounds. Andre Iguodala scored 19.

The Knicks, who lost their fifth in a row, were led by Carmelo Anthony, who scored 22 and had nine rebounds. Jeremy Lin chipped in 14 points and Landry Fields had 13.
