SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Utah's Gordon Hayward and C.J. Miles combined for 41 points Saturday and the Jazz hung on for a 96-93 victory over Sacramento.
The Jazz only secured the win after the Kings' Jimmer Fredette missed a 3-point try from deep on the right side that could have given Sacramento a one-point lead with 5 seconds left.

Hayward finished with 21 points, Miles added 20 and Al Jefferson provided 12 as the Jazz broke a two-game losing streak.
Tyreke Evans pumped in 31 points and Fredette added 14 but it wasn't enough to prevent the Kings' fourth straight loss and seventh in nine games.
