ARLINGTON, Texas, April 6 (UPI) -- C.J. Wilson yielded only two earned runs in seven innings Wednesday and the Texas Rangers remained undefeated with a 7-3 decision over Seattle.
Wilson (1-0) held the Mariners to three runs (two earned) on six hits, walking two and striking out two as the Rangers swept a three-game series from Seattle and moved to 6-0 on the season.

Nelson Cruz stroked a two-run double for Texas, which scored twice on Seattle errors. David Murphy collected two hits and scored twice, and Yorvit Torrealba added a pair of hits in the Rangers' win.
Felix Hernandez (1-1) was tagged with the defeat, allowing four runs (two earned) on six hits through seven innings.
Jack Cust had two hits and an RBI for the Mariners.
