NBA: San Antonio 109, Oklahoma City 105

SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker combined for four free throws over the last 13 seconds Wednesday in pushing San Antonio past Oklahoma City 109-105.

Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook teamed for 55 points, but it was not enough to keep the Spurs from improving the best record in the NBA.

Parker put San Antonio in front for good by making a free throw with 1:09 to play and the Spurs still had a one-point lead when Ginobili went to the line with 13 seconds left.

He made both tries, after which Oklahoma City's Jeff Green missed a 3-point shot. Parker then made 1-of-2 free throw attempts for a game-clinching four-point cushion with 5 seconds left.

Parker scored 20 points and Gary Neal added 19 for the Spurs. It was their seventh win in nine games.

Durant scored 30 points and Westbrook added seven assists to his 25 points. The Thunder had a two-game winning streak halted.
