MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Duke is still a unanimous No. 1 in the USA Today/ESPN coaches' basketball poll and the Big East squeezed an eighth team into the Top 25.
Duke (13-0) has grabbed all 31 first-place votes for six weeks, with Ohio State (14-0) No. 2 for the same time period. Kansas (13-0) is third for a fourth week.
The start of conference play in the Big East and Big 10 caused some shake-up in the rankings. Big East members Connecticut (11-1), falling from fourth to ninth, and Georgetown (12-2), dropping from ninth to 13th, showing the most change. In the Big 10, Minnesota (11-3) goes from 13th to 21st and Wisconsin falls out of the Top 25.
The Big East added a team to the rankings, taking up eight of the Top 25, with Cincinnati (14-0) joining as No. 25 this week.

Big East teams Syracuse (15-0) and Pittsburgh (13-1) each improve one spot to fourth and fifth, respectively, this week. San Diego State (15-0) moves to sixth with Villanova (12-1), another Big East member, at seventh. Missouri (13-1), one of five Big 12 schools ranked, is eighth.
After Connecticut is the Big 10's Purdue (13-1) at No. 10.
Kentucky (11-2) is 11th and Texas (11-2) jumps two spots to 12th. Brigham Young (14-1) comes after Georgetown at 14th and Notre Dame (12-2) holds steady at No. 15.
Big 12 members Texas A&M (12-1) and Kansas State (11-3) are 16th and 17th. Central Florida (13-0) is 18th ahead of a trio of Big 10 teams -- in order, Michigan State (9-4), Illinois (12-3) and Minnesota.
Memphis (11-2) is 22nd and Louisville (11-2) is 23rd while Vanderbilt (11-2) and Cincinnati, both new to this week's ranking, complete the Top 25.
Baylor joined Wisconsin as teams falling from the rankings.
