CLEVELAND, Aug. 28 (UPI) -- Asdrubal Cabrera's 10th-inning homer Saturday allowed the Cleveland Indians to edge Kansas City 4-3.
Cabrera stepped up to face Jesse Chavez (2-2) to lead off the 10th and parked a pitch into the right-field stands just inside the foul pole, giving the Indians a walk-off victory and their third straight win.

The blast made a winner of Chris Perez (2-2), who tossed a scoreless top of the 10th for the Tribe.
Shin-Soo Choo drove in a pair of runs and Michael Brantley chipped in an RBI for the victors.
The Royals had tied the score in the top of eighth on a Wilson Betemit RBI double off Rafael Perez.
Kansas City starter Zack Greinke went eight innings, allowing three runs on eight hits.
