NBA: Phoenix 107, Portland 88

PHOENIX, April 27 (UPI) -- Channing Frye had 20 points and Jared Dudley had 19 Monday to help Phoenix beat Portland 107-88 and go up 3-2 in their Western Conference quarterfinal series.

Steve Nash scored 14 -- 11 in third quarter -- and handed out assists for the Suns, who could advance with a win Thursday in Portland. Phoenix got 19 points from Amare Stoudemire.

The Trail Blazers got 21 from Andre Miller and 17 apiece from Jerryd Bayless and LaMarcus Aldridge.

Brandon Roy -- in his second game since returning from knee surgery -- scored five for Portland, which led by 14 at one point during the first half.
