NEW YORK, March 24 (UPI) -- Toney Douglas' jump shot with 27.8 seconds left Tuesday sparked the New York Knicks to a 109-104 victory over Denver.

The Nuggets had pulled to within 105-104 with 1:21 left but failed to take the lead after a Nene steal off Al Harrington. Carmelo Anthony missed a shot as time wound down and Douglas answered with his key bucket for 3-point lead.
