NHL: Ottawa 2, Boston 1

BOSTON, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Ottawa's Brian Elliott turned back 32 Boston shots Saturday in a 2-1 Senators victory over the Bruins.

Ottawa got its goals from Daniel Alfredsson and Jason Spezza. Paniel Paille accounted for the lone Boston tally.

Tim Thomas had 21 saves for the Bruins.

The Senators have now notched a season-high six wins in a row. The Bruins have dropped four straight.
