MLB: Houston 4, Cincinnati 1

CINCINNATI, April 27 (UPI) -- Hunter Pence hit a two-run double in the ninth inning Monday to lead the Houston Astros to a 4-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds.

Lance Berkman homered and Miguel Tejada was 3-for-4 and scored once for the Astros, who haven't lost at Cincinnati since May 10, 2007. The 10-game run is the longest active road win streak by any MLB team.

Chris Sampson (2-0) recorded the final four outs to earn the victory.

Houston's Roy Oswalt and Cincinnati's Johnny Cueto each pitched seven innings. Oswalt allowed six hits and a run and Cueto gave up seven hits.

Joey Votto drove in the only run for the Reds, who have lost three of their last four games.

Francisco Cordero (0-1) started the ninth for the Reds and was charged with the loss.
