MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant hit 28 points including three late free throws Sunday, leading the Los Angeles Lakers over the Minnesota Timberwolves 111-108.
The Lakers have won four straight games and 11 of their last 12.

Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom each totaled 25 points for the Lakers, who held off the Timberwolves in the closing seconds with a layup by Odom and Bryant's free throws.
Ryan Gomes and Sebastian Telfair each scored 20 points and Craig Smith had 19 for Minnesota, which has lost seven straight games to the Lakers.
