NBA: Portland 109, New York 108

PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Brandon Roy's last-second layup gave the Portland Trail Blazers a 109-108 victory Sunday over the New York Knicks.

Roy took an inbounds pass and drove to the basket, scoring as time ran out.

Travis Outlaw topped the Blazers' scoring with 23 points. Roy had 19, Greg Oden 17 and LaMarcus Aldridge 16.

David Lee scored 29 points for the Knicks, who have lost four straight games. Nate Robinson and Al Harrington added 19 points each and Tim Thomas had 17 for New York.
