NBA: Philadelphia 109, Washington 103

WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Four foul shots from Andre Iguodala in the last 16 seconds Friday helped Philadelphia hang on for its third win in a row -- a 109-103 decision over Washington.

Lou Williams came off the bench to score a career-best 26 points and the 76ers stayed perfect in three games under Tony DiLeo, who took over last week as the team's interim head coach.

Thaddeus Young contributed 18 points for the 76ers and Marreese Speights had 17, the high game of his rookie season.

Iguodala scored 18 points and his two free throws with 16 seconds left gave the 76ers a four-point lead.

Antawn Jamison brought the Wizards back within two with a layup, after which Young converted two foul shots. Following Caron Butler's missed three-point attempt for Washington, Iguodala made two more from the line to clinch the victory.

Jamison, wearing a protective bandage over his strained left thumb, scored 23 points and claimed 10 rebounds. The Wizards have lost five straight and eight out of nine.
