MLB: Seattle 5, Oakland 3

SEATTLE, April 27 (UPI) -- Greg Norton had three hits and three RBI Saturday to lead the Seattle Mariners past the Oakland Athletics 5-3.

The winners stopped an Oakland rally in the top of the ninth inning after Norton's two-run double in the eighth led to a 5-1 advantage in the eighth.
