NBA: LA Lakers 119, LA Clippers 82

LOS ANGELES, March 8 (UPI) -- Derek Fisher had 17 points and six other Los Angeles Lakers hit double figures Friday night to rout the LA Clippers 119-82.

Kobe Bryant had 16 points and Lamar Odom had 15 points and eight rebounds for the Lakers, who won for the 13th time in 14 games to take sole possession of the top spot in the Western Conference, since the San Antonio Spurs lost at Denver earlier Friday.

Ronny Turiaf scored 13 points and Vladimir Radmanovic, Jordan Farmar and Pau Gasol scored 10 apiece for the Lakers. Gasol pulled down 11 rebounds for the Lakers -- who shot 54.1 percent from the field to just 37.8 percent for the Clippers.

Corey Maggette led the Clippers with 22 points. Chris Kaman had 14 points and 11 rebounds, and Josh Powell had 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Clippers, who have lost seven of their last eight.

The Lakers led by just eight at the half, but went on a 16-6 run at the outset of the third quarter, and led by 40 -- 108-68 -- with four minutes left to play.
