NBA: Charlotte 109, Minnesota 89

MINNEAPOLIS, March 5 (UPI) -- Jason Richardson's 25 points and eight rebounds Tuesday catapulted the Charlotte Bobcats past the Minnesota Timberwolves 109-89.

Emeka Okafor added 19 points and 11 rebounds, and Matt Carroll18 points for the Bobcats, who have won two straight and snapped a nine-game road losing streak. Raymond Felton had 14 points and 10 assists for Charlotte.

Al Jefferson had 18 points and 11 rebounds, and Ryan Gomes 17 points for the Timberwolves, who have lost four in a row. Randy Foye scored 16 points, Craig Smith added 15 and Sebastian Telfair had 12 with nine assists for Minnesota.
