NHL: Florida 5, Columbus 2

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Rostislav Olesz scored the game-winner and an insurance goal Wednesday as the Florida Panthers beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 5-2.

The contest was tied 2-2 after two periods, before Olesz scored twice in the third -- once on the power play -- and Jay Bouwmeester scored once. Olesz' production doubled his goal total this season.

Stephen Weiss and Nathan Horton both had two assists, while goaltender Tomas Vokoun stopped 34 of 36 shots as Florida got its third victory in its last four games.

Columbus got one goal apiece from Curtis Glencross and Rick Nash. Nash has a four-game point streak, with four goals and three assists during that span.

Goalie Pascal Leclaire was beaten five times on 29 shots for the Blue Jackets, who lost seven of their last eight games.

On the power play, the Panthers were 3-for-6, and the Blue Jackets went 1-for-6.
