MLB: Toronto 13, Minnesota 1

TORONTO, July 25 (UPI) -- Jesse Litsch and two relievers combined on a seven-hitter Wednesday afternoon as the Toronto Blue Jays ripped Minnesota, 13-1, to finish a three-game sweep.

Toronto scored 11 runs in the bottom of the sixth inning on the way to its fifth straight victory.

Catcher Gregg Zaun drove in four runs with an RBI double and a three-run double -- both in the sixth.

Toronto's John McDonald, Frank Thomas and Lyle Overbay drove in two runs each.

Matt Stairs drove in one run, while Zaun had three of the 14 hits for the Blue Jays, who have won six of their last 10 games.

Litsch (3-4) gave up an earned run and five hits in seven innings, and Brian Tallet and Brian Wolfe pitched one scoreless inning each.

Minnesota's Justin Morneau hit an RBI double in the fourth. He and Luis Castillo had two hits apiece for the Twins, who have dropped six of 10.

The loser was Carlos Silva (8-11).
