MLB: Minnesota 5, Texas 3

ARLINGTON, Texas, May 23 (UPI) -- Luis Castillo had three hits and Justin Morneau homered Wednesday in carrying the Minnesota Twins to a 5-3 victory over Texas.

The Twins won for the fourth time in six games while the Rangers have lost seven out of 10.

Boof Bosner (3-1) won his third straight start, allowing two runs on six hits with six strikeouts in five innings. Joe Nathan struck out Sammy Sosa with two on in the ninth to end the game and earn his ninth save.

The loss went to Robinson Tejada (4-4), who surrendered five runs in three plus innings. Mark Teixeira and Kenny Lofton both had three hits for the Rangers.
