CLEVELAND, April 15 (UPI) -- C.C. Sabathia gave up one run and five hits in eight innings Sunday afternoon as the Cleveland Indians edged the Chicago White Sox, 2-1.
Cleveland won the game despite getting only one hit -- a leadoff double by Grady Sizemore in the bottom of the first inning. Sizemore also drove in a run with a bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the fourth.

Sabathia (3-0) walked three batters and struck out 10.
Jermaine Dye hit an RBI single, and Pablo Ozuna had a run and two hits for the White Sox, who have lost two in a row, but have split their last four games.
Losing pitcher Jose Contreras (1-2) gave up two earned runs and one hit in five innings, with five walks and three strikeouts.
