DENVER, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Daymond Langkow had two goals and two assists Thursday night as the Calgary Flames enjoyed their biggest offensive surge of the season, beating Colorado, 7-3.
It was the Flames' fifth victory in six games. Kristian Huselius also had two goals.

The two goals from Langkow came as part of a three-goal outburst early in the second period.
Miikka Kiprusoff recorded 27 saves for the Flames, who twice scored shorthanded.
Colorado was paced by Joe Sakic, who had three assists.
