NHL: Nashville 4, Columbus 2

NASHVILLE, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Jason Arnott scored two power-play goals and Tomas Vokoun made 29 saves Saturday night as the Nashville Predators beat Columbus, 4-2.

J.P. Dumont and Shea Weber also scored goals, and Steve Sullivan had two assists. The Predators did all their scoring in the second period as they won for the third time in four games.

Pascal Leclaire made 21 saves on 25 shots for Columbus, which lost its fifth straight -- and its eighth in its last 10. Sergei Fedorov and Dan Fritsche scored the Blue Jackets.

The Predators opened the scoring 11 seconds into the second period when Dumont scored on the power play. Weber scored with 12:35 left in the period and Arnott scored nearly three minutes later -- and scored again a minute after that.

Columbus was 1-for-8 on the power play, while the Predators were 3-for-10.
