NFL: New England 35, Green Bay 0

GREEN BAY, Wis., Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Tom Brady threw four touchdown passes Sunday afternoon to lead New England to a 35-0 rout of the Green Bay Packers.

Brady completed 20 of 31 passes for 225 yards while playing only one series in the fourth quarter.

Laurence Maroney gained 82 yards on 19 carries; Corey Dillon rushed for a touchdown while Maroney, Daniel Graham, Reche Caldwell, and Ben Watson all caught scoring passes for the Patriots, who averted a three-game losing streak.

Brett Favre completed 5-of-15 passes for 73 yards before suffering a right wrist and elbow injury near the end of the first half.

His replacement, Aaron Rodgers, was 4-for-12 for 32 yards. Ahman Green rushed for only 28 yards on 13 carries and Donald Driver made two receptions for 42 yards for the Packers, who had won three of their previous four games.

After the game, the Packers said Favre likely will play next Monday night against Seattle.
