It rained earlier in the day but the race lasted the full 200 laps. The race started a few minutes early as track officials were concerned more rain might come.

Pole winner Kevin Harvick led the first six laps before yielding to Edwards, last week's Busch winner in Charlotte, N.C.

Kurt Busch, Clint Bowyer and Ron Hornaday Jr. completed the top-five.

Harvick, who finished 13th, saw his lead drop to 297 points over Edwards (2,221 - 1,924) after 14 events.

The next race in the Busch Series is next Saturday at the Nashville Superspeedway.
