ST. PAUL, Minn., March 25 (UPI) -- Jonathan Cheechoo had a pair of goals and an assist Saturday as the San Jose Sharks beat the Minnesota Wild, 5-1.

Cheechoo set a franchise record for goals in a season with his 45th goal of the year for the Sharks, who have won three of four. Patrick Marleau added a goal and an assist, Joe Thornton had three assists, and Nils Ekman had two assists for the Sharks.

Brian Rolston scored for the Wild, who have lost four of five.
