NHL: Calgary 2, Vancouver 1

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Calgary's Kristian Huselius had a goal and assist and Robyn Regehr got the winner in the third period, as the visiting Flames edged the Vancouver Canucks, 2-1.

Jordan Leopold had two assists for the Flames, who have won all four meetings with the Canucks this season. Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 16-of-17 shots in the victory.

Anson Carter scored the lone goal for Vancouver, which has dropped five in a row -- all by one goal. Alex Auld had 21 saves in defeat.

Both of Calgary's goals came on power plays.
