PHOENIX, April 22 (UPI) -- A two-run homer by Troy Glaus and a seven-inning effort from Brad Halsey Friday night led Arizona to a 5-3 win over San Diego.
Arizona won for the third time in five games with Royce Clayton contributing a solo homer.

Halsey (2-0) gave up two runs on five hits with four strikeouts and one walk.
All of San Diego's runs came on solo homers by Phil Nevin, Ramon Hernandez and Xavier Nady.
