ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., April 10 (UPI) -- Erubiel Durazo highlighted a four-run sixth inning with a two-run single Sunday as Oakland defeated Tampa Bay, 6-1.

Scott Hatteberg went three for five for the Athletics and had a homer.

In his first start of the year, Harden allowed five hits and one run over 5 1/3 innings.

Dewon Brazelton suffered his second loss in as many starts, giving up three runs on five hits with six walks in five-plus innings.

Keith Ginter and Nick Swisher drew walks to open the sixth and both runners moved up on a sacrifice. Mark Kotsay was walked intentionally to load the bases and Jason Kendall next drove in a run with a single.

Eric Cavez followed with a sacrifice fly and Durazo finished off the outburst with his two-run single to make it 5-0. Durazo had been hitless in his previous 10 at bats.
