SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Phil Mickelson shot a three-under 68 Sunday to win the PGA FBR Open by a commanding five strokes.
Mickelson wound up at 17-under 267 for his 24th career victory on the PGA Tour.
Kevin Na had a 69 to tie Scott McCarron for second at 12-under 272. David Toms, Steve Flesch and Tim Herron were one shot further back at 273.
Mickelson, reigning Masters champion, had a 66 Saturday for a four-shot lead over Na heading into the final round.
"We had a lot of fun," said Mickelson, who won this event for the second time in his career.
Kenny Perry shot a one-under 70 to finish alone in seventh place at 274. Charles Warren followed at 275. Hunter Mahan and Marc Calcavecchia shared ninth place at 276.
World No. 1 Vijay Singh tied Stewart Cink, K.J. Choi, Jesper Parnevik, John Rollins, Tom Pernice, Jr., Patrick Sheehan and Joey Snyder III at 277.
