NFL: Cleveland 20, Baltimore 3

CLEVELAND, Sept. 12 (UPI) -- Jeff Garcia completed 15-of-24 passes for 180 yards Sunday to lead the Cleveland Browns to a 20-3 victory over the Baltimore Ravens.

Garcia, making his Cleveland debut, threw a 46-yard touchdown pass to Quincy Morgan and added a three-yard touchdown run. William Green led the ground attack for the Browns (1-0), rushing 22 times for 65 yards.

Phil Dawson added field goals of 37 and 25 yards.

Ravens quarterback Kyle Boller was 22-of-38 with 191 yards and two interceptions.

Deion Sanders, making his return to football, wasn't thrown against during the day and returned one punt for five yards. Matt Stover provided the lone points for the Ravens with a 42-yard field goal.

Baltimore's Jamal Lewis, who rushed for 2,066 yards in 2003, the second-best figure in NFL history, gained just 57 yards on 20 carries.
