Fraser, 25, won the title - -and a check for over 46,000 Pounds -- at the second extra hole, the 18th, with a par-4 after both players had birdied the same hole the first time around.

Fraser, who won a playoff at the Challenge Tour's Talma Finnish Challenge two weeks ago, secured his European Tour card for 2004 with this victory.

Sweden's Peter Hanson finished in third place on 16-under 272, with Scotsman Andrew Coltart and England's Tim Milford tied for fourth alongside Spaniard Jose Manuel Carriles at 14-under-par 274.
