SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, June 8 (UPI) -- Brad Wilkerson, who homered twice Saturday, delivered an RBI double in the eighth inning Sunday to lift Montreal to a 3-2 win over Texas.

After rookie Erasmo Ramirez retired Endy Chavez to start the eighth, Francisco Cordero (2-6) came in and walked Orlando Cabrera.

Cordero retired Jose Vidro on a popout before Cabrera stole second base and Wilkerson then sent a deep drive to center field that bounced over the wall for a ground-rule double.

Wilkerson also had an RBI double in the sixth and leads the Expos with 36 RBI, despite missing 12 games.

Scott Stewart (3-1) struck out the side in the eighth inning and Rocky Biddle struck out two in a scoreless ninth for his 16th save in 18 chances.

Rangers shortstop Alex Rodriguez did not start for the second straight game due to a bruised knee.
