BALTIMORE, May 28 (UPI) -- Brian Roberts hit his second grand slam in a week against Anaheim Wednesday night as the Baltimore Orioles rolled to their fourth straight victory, a 6-2 triumph over the Angels.
Roberts, whose grand slams are his only homers this season, got hold of a 2-0 pitch from Ramon Ortiz (4-5) in the second inning and lifted it just over the right field fence for a 4-0 lead.
Roberts' other grand slam came against closer Troy Percival on Thursday in Anaheim.
Baltimore starter Jason Johnson (5-2) allowed two runs and eight hits in six innings.
Ortiz allowed six runs, only two of them earned, and nine hits in 5 2/3 innings.
Melvin Mora went three for three to extend his hitting streak to 10 games. The Baltimore left fielder is 23 for 42 during that stretch.
