Montreal 12, San Diego 5

MONTREAL, May 8 (UPI) -- Brad Wilkerson and Wil Cordero both had three hits and three RBI Thursday night and Tomo Ohka pitched eight innings as the Montreal Expos completed a three-game sweep of the San Diego Padres with a 12-5 victory.

Ohka (3-4) retired just two batters last Friday and gave up five runs and six hits in an 8-1 loss at St. Louis. But he limited the Padres to three runs and eight hits, walking two and striking out two while matching his longest outing of the season.

Cordero added a two-run double in the second to extend Montreal's lead to 9-1 and Wilkerson doubled in Henry Mateo in the seventh to make it 11-3.

Vladimir Guerrero chipped in three hits and two RBI and Orlando Cabrera had two hits and scored three runs for the Expos, who completed their first three-game home sweep of the Padres since July 18-20, 1994.
