MANKATO, Minn., Oct. 17 (UPI) -- Rasho Nesterovic scored four of his six points in overtime Wednesday night to lift the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 105-100 exhibition victory over the Milwaukee Bucks.
Nesterovic, who is battling to be Minnesota's starting center, had a basket with 3:15 left that gave the Timberwolves the lead for good at 100-99. He scored again 30 seconds later.
Minnesota also has 7-footer Loren Woods, their second-round pick who has shown flashes during the preseason. But this was not a good one for Woods, who had four points in 11 minutes.
The Wolves forced overtime at 95-95 on a three-pointer by William Avery with two seconds left in regulation.
All-Star forward Glenn Robinson did not dress and point guard Sam Cassell, who is looking for a new contract, suited up but did not play.
