iPhone 5s drops shipment time to three days

The shipment time has dropped from over a week to just 3-5 days.

(UPI) -- Apple's iPhone 5s' shipping period has dropped from over a week to just 3-5 days, according to Apple's US online store.

Before last week, the 5s would take between 2 and 3 weeks to ship.

The 5s has seen heavy demand since its release in late September, but Apple has worked to meet the demand by keeping shipping time at a minimum.
